Prices on the platform are the prices - ex works.
The transport of your package, according to its weight and its size can be proposed by "Colisbox" (express carrier), "Pallet box" (loaded on pallets), "Large volume truck" (if the volume requires it). The delivery costs are then indicated in your cart.
If the characteristics of your order do not allow an immediate transportation solution, select "Transportation price on demand". We will send you the most suitable transportation offer and the amount of delivery costs by email, so that you can validate your order.

Packages are generally shipped within 2 to 8 days, depending on the mode of transport selected, after manufacturing time mentioned on the product page and after receipt of payment.

They are shipped by carrier with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature.

Please contact us before choosing this delivery method as it incurs additional charges. Whenever possible we will send you a link to track your package online.

The shipping costs include the preparation and packing costs as well as the shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We can not combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
